A 1:1 ketogenic diet is higher in fat than traditional raw diets it aims to provide equal amounts of calories from fat in comparison to the calories from protein and carbohydrates combines.
This free recipe is focused on providing a 1:1 raw ketogenic diet using the National Research Council’s (NRC) recommended allowances for essential nutrients to ensure the recipe is nutritionally sufficient.
