Pink Electrolyte Bites

Therefore, they are important to optimal health because they assist with water balance, pH balance, nutrient transport, waste removal, and ensures all body organs and muscles function properly.
Electrolytes are macro minerals that are found in all foods, which consist of calcium, phosphorous, potassium, magnesium, sodium, and chloride. They are considered essential nutrients that must be supplied in the diet because the body is unable to synthesize sufficient amounts.
